Taking sea moss gel is simple!

1. Spoon It – Take 1–2 tablespoons daily straight from the jar.

Pro Tip: Always use a clean spoon and keep your gel refrigerated. For fruit blends, use within 10–14 days; for plain blends, up to 20–30 days.

• Keep it refrigerated after opening—good for up to 30 days.
  
  

• Want to save some for later? You can freeze it for up to 6 months, just make sure to transfer it out of the glass jar before freezing (glass can shatter). Use a freezer-safe container instead.
