• Because our sea moss gel is perishable, it is non-refundable and non-returnable unless damaged upon arrival.

• You agree to provide accurate, complete order and payment information.

• All payments are securely processed through third-party platforms (e.g., Venmo, PayPal, etc.). We do not store your credit card information.

4. Shipping & Pickup

• Products are made fresh to order and processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). For Direct sale customers ONLY

• We currently deliver only within the Rapid City limits.

• Pickup is available in Rapid City, SD, or at Meadowlark Ridge Farm Stand (members only).

5. Health Disclaimer

Foxy Mossy products are not evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult your healthcare provider before using any new supplement, especially if pregnant, nursing, or managing a medical condition.
