3. Orders & Payments

• We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion.

• You agree to provide accurate and complete order and payment information.

• All payments are securely processed through third‑party platforms (e.g., Venmo, PayPal). We do not store your credit card or banking information.

4. Delivery & Pickup

Updated to match your new workflow

• All jars are made fresh every Wednesday.

• Local delivery occurs Thursday mornings only (within Rapid City limits).

• No weekend production or processing at this time.

• Pickup is available in Rapid City or at Meadowlark Ridge Farm Stand (members only).

• Meet‑ups may be coordinated within Rapid City when possible.

5. Health Disclaimer

Foxy Mossy products are not evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Please consult your healthcare provider before using any new supplement, especially if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.
